REPORTS FROM SATURDAY 16TH FEBRUARY

NB.
THE DORSET AND WILTS 2 SOUTH HOME BETWEEN CHARD 2NDS AND   BLANDFORD 2NDS WAS CANCELLED AND CHARD WERE AWARDED THE POINTS BECAUSE BLANDFORD FAILED TO TURN UP AND DID NOT INFORM CHARD THEY COULD NOT GET A SIDE!

SIMILARLY THE SOMERSET 3 SOUTH GAME BETWEEN CHARD AND WELLINGTON WAS ALSO CANCELLED AT THE LAST MINUTE BECAUSE WELLINGTON COULD NOT RAISE A SIDE. WELLINGTON DID INFORM CHARD OF THIS AND CHARD WERE DULY AWARDED THE LEAGUE POINTS.

With two Chard teams at home and no opposition to play the teams played each other in a friendly!!

Next Saturday 23rd February Chard 1st have a home re arranged Somerset Premier  league match against Chew Valley kick off at 2 30pm.
Chard lost narrowly by one point at Chew earlier in the season . If Chard can regain their early season form then they could surprise Chew  but they will have to significantly improve on recent performances.

Chard also have a Somerset 3 south game away at Wiveliscombe  with a 2 30 ko.
